Marion Perry is “of counsel” to the firm. Marion is an experienced litigator who has practiced throughout the NYC Family Court system since 2006, with a focus on foster care since 2007. Marion has represented foster care agencies as both in-house and outside counsel. Marion also represents foster parents in adoption and guardianship proceedings, and has extensive appellate experience on a wide range of family law issues.

Marion graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005, and is admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. Supreme Court Bar. She has previously served on the New York City Bar Association’s Family Court and Family Law Committee. Marion takes professional pride in seeing children find their forever homes.
